On Saturday 20th July we hosted our ‘Big Cricket Picnic’. There was plenty on offer for everyone who came, both locals and visitors alike - Great cricket, food, beverages and entertainment.

Our Juniors also enjoyed morning and afternoon training sessions, as well as warming up with our 1st team and some 1:1 coaching through the day too.

They still had plenty of energy later afterwards to enjoy the additional activities on offer, such as the bouncy castle, table tennis, football, giant Jenga, face painting and hook-a-duck, in addition to everyone enjoying winning their prizes in the tombola.

There was a real family atmosphere and thanks to everyone who came and to all the volunteers who made it happen. Same again next year!

It was great to see so many youngsters enjoying their cricket, and we had several new juniors sign up.

Did you know, Marlborough Cricket Club is now offering free junior boys' and girls' membership for the rest of 2024? No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided.
